Lindi Beaudreault Biography
Lindi Beaudreault, founder and owner of Buttonwood Legal Adviser since January 2021, serves as trusted counsel to investment advisers and fund managers. Lindi brings to the table more than 25 years of experience practicing the craft of securities law from every angle: at the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, in senior in-house positions at “bulge bracket” financial services firms, at a major global law firm and as a partner at a securities regulation boutique in New York. Lindi uses business savvy, encyclopedic knowledge of the securities laws and a wealth of experience to help clients successfully keep pace with evolving regulatory requirements and peace with their regulator.
When she isn’t practicing law, Lindi often can be found outside: running, climbing mountains, hiking and camping with her grandchildren. She has run 17 marathons, 10 ultra marathons and is working her way through climbing New Hampshire’s “48 4,000er” mountains.
